The Twilight saga continues- are Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson dating? The on-screen couple of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen shares some steamy and exciting romantic moments in the Twilight movies, but are the actors a couple off-screen? According to a recent Us Weekly report, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were seen spending a night together in Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, then had breakfast together at Noah's Bagels the next morning. Afterwards, they went to a private screening of the Twilight New Moon movie together.
Reportedly, Pattinson went outside with Kristen for a smoke break, then started hugging her. Hugging led to a kiss on the lips, according to the source that spoke to Us Weekly. This comes on the heels of a recent Vanity Fair interview in which Pattinson said he was not romantically involved with Stewart and the two were just friends.
In another interview, the director of Twilight, Catherine Hardwicke, told Times magazine the two were dating, and that at one time she warned Robert Pattinson to be careful of a sexual relationship due to Kristen being underage. Stewart told the director that nothing had happened between them. This was all during the original Twilight filming, so it's assumed a romantic dating relationship developed after that. Robert Pattison is currently 23, and Kristen Stewart is 19 years old.

Stephenie Meyer on Oprah - Twilight News!
Attention all Twilight fanatics, the writer behind the beloved stories, Stephenie Meyer, appeared on Oprah's show this past Friday for an exclusive interview. The Twilight author talked about everyone's favorite vampire series, which will see the sequel Twilight: New Moon movie open in theaters nationally on November 20th.
Meyer revealed that she came up with the ideas for her Twilight stories due to the fact she had 3 kids and couldn't sleep at night. She began jotting down ideas in a notebook and even had a vivid dream one night that became the basis for Twilight Chapter 13. She also struggled with the idea of turning the books into movies, saying that she was particularly concerned with casting the role of Edward Cullen, lead vampire. She described Robert Pattinson as exactly how she pictured the character in her head though. Meyer also noted that she changed the ending to "New Moon" (the story), because she felt it needed more action, based on a suggestion by her sister.
In a touching moment, students and the librarian from Bolivar Middle School in Missouri also appeared on the show via satellite. They all (staff & students) have become huge fans of the Twilight series at their school and the library has a waiting list of 1,000 eager to get their hands on "New Moon". Oprah and Stephenie Meyer presented the school with 600 copies of the complete 4-book set as a special gift.

Sammy Sosa's Skin is Brighter!
The internet has been buzzing lately about Sammy Sosa, former MLB All-Star with the Chicago Cubs. The former homerun slugger was seen at the Latin Grammy Awards 2009 with wife Sonia Sosa. A picture was snapped of the duo which revealed Sosa to be a lot lighter in complexion than he was before. Fans, bloggers and gossipers all began commenting on why the baseball star looked so different, naming everything from a hoax to a skin disease to a Michael Jackson style transformation. The Sammy Sosa before and after photos were published to numerous sites as they displayed Sosa's old and new looks. A former Cubs employee even reported that Sammy was undergoing a "rejuvenation process" for his skin.

Slammin' Sammy let the world know he wasn't suffering from some strange skin disease but instead had been using a special cream on his skin. Sosa said he purchased the mysterious cream over in Europe and may even have plans to sell it!
